Occupational Safety and Health Policy
At OSAKA SEALING PRINTING CO., LTD., health and safety are top management priorities and ensuring the safety and health of everyone involved in the business is at the core of our management, so we will establish a culture of safety and a safe and comfortable work environment.
- Recognizing that ensuring safety and health is achieved through good communication, we respect consultation and participation with workers, and carry out safety and health activities with the participation of all employees.

Business Continuity Policy
Osaka Sealing Printing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") primarily handles the development, manufacturing, and sales of various products and services across four sectors: stickers and labels, clear plastic film products, carton packages, and labeling systems. If these operations were ever interrupted, we foresee the customers who rely on our services being significantly impacted and losing their trust in us. To handle threats that could disrupt our business, we have established a business continuity management system (hereinafter referred to as "BCMS") based on our Business Continuity Policy and will make continual improvements to this system in accordance with internal and external environmental changes.
(1) Prevention and correction of business interruptions
Our company will clarify the business that should be prioritized for continuation and restoration, fully recognize and analyze the risks related to business interruption, and take necessary and reasonable management measures so that the business can be restored within the target recovery time. By establishing a system and response procedures in advance in the event of an emergency, we will prevent business interruptions. Additionally, if we detect a new threat that affects business continuity, we will take corrective action without delay.
The scope of application of BCMS at our company as of the current date (date of final revision of business continuity policy) is as follows.

The Company will regularly conduct BCMS training and exercises to improve awareness of business continuity and our handling as an organization.
(3) Compliance with laws and regulations, national guidelines and other standards
The Company will establish a BCMS based on "JIS Q 22301 (ISO 22301) - Security and resilience — Business continuity management systems — Requirements" and comply with laws and regulations, domestic and foreign guidelines, and other norms related to business continuity.

Information security policy
OSAKA SEALING PRINTING CO., LTD. operates a printing and printing-related business, and some of our commissioned work may include confidential information. Our company recognizes the need to establish information security in order to earn the trust of our customers and society, and we have formulated this information security policy and strive to implement it.
- This policy applies to information assets related to our business, including information, offices and associated infrastructure, personnel, hardware, software, and the services we use and provide.
