Package processing method

OP Varnish

The varnish printed on the printing machine plays a strong role in surface protection, and is a process that is reasonably priced and easy to meet delivery deadlines.
Matte Varnish

Matte type varnish printed on a printing machine, matt type can express a sense of luxury.
Lami

PP pasting (for packaging, S648 pasting, which is compatible with pasting, is the mainstream) PP film is pasted onto the printed material while applying glue. It has a strong luster and abrasion resistance.
Press Coat

After applying a solvent to the printed surface, it is smoothed with a mirror roller to give it a strong gloss. It is used when seeking impact by gloss rather than surface protection.
Repelling Varnish

After printing silicone varnish, a special unit prints UV coater varnish to partially create a pseudo-embossing technique. Finished with a luxurious texture.
Japanese Paper Laminate

First, after printing, a textured Japanese paper-like laminate is attached. Compared to printing directly on Japanese paper, delicate expressions such as letters are possible.
