When I first visited, the business was mainly wholesale. When it was decided that our products would be displayed in the souvenir shop at Hiroshima Station, we were asked if we could suggest a box for selling sets that would be easy for people to pick up.
We asked CEO Ikeda about his thoughts on the product, saying, ``We want to create something that will be recognized by women, who make up the majority of our purchasing group.''
Proposal

Once the poi case was decided, the customers shared the contents of the Karinto set and the naming of each set. “Setouchi” “The! We wanted to emphasize the unique and wonderful names such as ``Hiroshima'', ``Joshi no Chikara'', and ``Sake no Tomo'', so we also proposed seals for the seal.
There was only one type of poi case, but the seals were designed to be in the image color of each set so that you could tell the difference between the products at a glance. From the time of its release, the souvenirs received high praise from those who purchased them, calling them ``easy to pick up,'' ``not bulky,'' and ``easy to purchase.'' Later, a new ``Toshikarinto'' set was born, and poi cases and seals were added. You can request an additional one.

The first time I visited Kobido was when the company was mainly engaged in wholesale. Since it was decided that the products would be displayed at the souvenir shop at Hiroshima Station, we were asked if there was a way to sell them so that they could be easily purchased as gifts. Because we place importance on responding to inquiries from our customers as widely as possible, we decided to propose a poi case, which at the time had little experience in the Chugoku-Shikoku area. I was really happy that the customer was satisfied.

When new products or services are released, we try to notify customers as soon as possible. In particular, Mr. Kobido listens to us with a positive attitude, not only regarding existing products but also proposals for new products, so we strive to share information more quickly. As a result of taking care of each step, such as material proposals and block creation, we have been able to receive requests for a wide variety of products other than poi cases, such as stickers, labels, and films, and now we have more opportunities to entrust design work to our customers.
